Order processing:

• Orders placed on the SHANGHEE official online store will be reviewed within 24 hours and shipped 7 working days after your order is confirmed.
• All orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday). If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.

• General delivery service (only available to Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Mainland China)

Shipping fee :

Except for promotions specifically noted on the official online store, the general shipping charges in Hong Kong are as follows:

• When the net purchase amount exceeds HK$800, you can enjoy free shipping.
• If the net purchase amount is less than HK$800, a shipping fee of HK$80 will be charged

Macau, Mainland China, free shipping for net purchase of HK$2,500, $200 surcharge for purchases below HK$2,500. (About 7-10 working days)

Hong Kong delivery area:

• Standard delivery service areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Delivery service is not available in designated areas, including but not limited to: Kwun Yam Shan, Lei Yue Mun Praya Road, All country park areas, Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Hok Sou, Luk Keng, Mai Po, Lau Fau Shan, Lok Ma Chau , Lung Kwu Tan, Lien O, Plover Cove, Pak Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Po Toi O, Yung Shue O, Tai Miu, Sheung / Ha Wo Che, Fa Sham Hang, any controlled area and areas where goods vehicles are prohibited from entering, Discovery Bay and outlying islands.
• Please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address
• Each order can only be sent to one address. If you want to deliver the goods to different addresses, please place separate orders according to different addresses.

General delivery time:

• Under normal circumstances, standard delivery service will arrive at the delivery address within 2 to 3 working days. Orders placed in remote areas of Hong Kong will take an additional 1 to 2 working days to be delivered.
• Delivery time from Monday to Saturday: 10 am to 7 pm
• Sundays and public holidays: No delivery service
• Order processing and delivery are only done on weekdays (excluding public holidays)
• In case of holidays or extreme weather conditions, delivery time may be extended
• Once the order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed, and SHANGHEE will not be responsible for the wrong address on the order.
