The SHANGHEE was founded in Hong Kong in 2010, with food research and development centers and supply chains established in Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China. Over the years, it has focused on the production and sale of high-end gourmet gifts, including products such as Almond Stick, Palmier, Cookies, Egg Rolls, Duck Egg Rolls, and Portuguese almond cakes.

SHANGHEE upholds the tradition of craftsmanship while integrating innovative research and development concepts to ensure the highest quality and freshness of its products.

With the assistance of Master Baker Raquel from Macau, we have developed unique recipes. She is an outstanding Portuguese baker who incorporates Portuguese flavors into local culinary habits through her exceptional techniques. With her support, we opened SHANGHEE in Macau, continuously evolving to keep up with new trends and tastes, blending Portuguese baking traditions with local flavors to create distinctive desserts.
